Purchases made through another provider
If you purchased from a software provider, the refund and cancellation terms displayed by that provider at the time of purchase apply. Use its verified account or support channels for assistance. We do not promise a particular refund window or guarantee eligibility.
App-store subscriptions
If you purchased through an app store, that store’s billing and refund rules may apply. Use the store’s official subscription management and refund process.
Cancellation and renewal
Check your purchase terms and renewal date with the provider. Uninstalling an extension or app does not necessarily cancel a paid subscription. Obtain cancellation confirmation through the provider’s official process.
